Project Overview:

Client is UK based Edtech provider that builds a holistic system for managing extracurricular activities, designed to cater to the needs of staff, parents, and students. It encompasses activity management, transportation logistics, online payments, as well as sign-up, allocation, and attendance tracking for after-school programs. The platform also facilitates the organization of trips, online consent processes, parents' evenings, sports teams, and bookings, providing a comprehensive solution for school-related tasks.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering
• Strong knowledge of C# and Angular
• Rich experience with common .NET frameworks (like ASP.NET, Entity Framework, etc.)
• Experience in usage and design of relational databases
• Experience in unit testing
• Strong understanding of design patterns, microservice architecture, distributed systems and
• message brokers
• Strong knowledge of RESTful web services and API design
• Experience with Containerization tools (Docker)
• Version Control (Git, Git-flow, branch strategy)
• Experience in configuring CI/CD pipelines
• Familiar with non-relational databases
• Familiar with one of Cloud Computing platform (Azure, GCP, AWS)
• Excellent communication skills
• Upper-Intermediate level of English

Responsibilities:

• Take charge of the architecture of components for a longstanding project, involving refactoring and optimizing system maintainability.
• Collaborate closely with the team to identify and prioritize areas for improvement.
• Author clean, efficient, testable, and scalable code.
• Perform code reviews and code optimizations
• Offer guidance on best practices, coding standards, and design principles.
• Participate in functional requirements analysis (including communication with customer representatives)
