Senior Node.js Software Engineer

Our client is a healthcare company in the US. Our dynamic engineering team plays a critical part in designing, developing, and maintaining complex software applications using cutting-edge technologies like AWS Lambda, Node.js, TypeScript, and AWS Step Functions. Together, we will be contributing to the full software development lifecycle, from conceptualization and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.

IF YOU ARE

• A senior software engineer with over 5 years of experience in software development
• A holder of a bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, familiar with coding in a boot camp
• Well-versed in TypeScript, and Node.js
• Strong in SQL knowledge, especially PostgreSQL
• Experienced in AWS services such as DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, and API Gateway
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Experienced with serverless architectures and event-driven programming
• Accustomed to software design patterns and principles
• Strong in problem-solving and communication
• Adept in developing healthcare applications (is a plus)
  
  
  

AND YOU WANT TO

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and performant software applications using AWS Lambda, Node.js, TypeScript, and AWS Step Functions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to gather requirements, define specifications, and deliver solutions
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure the quality and reliability of the code
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends
