What We're Looking For

We're looking for a Visual Designer to bring creativity and innovation to our brand. You’ll be responsible for crafting high-quality visuals across multiple platforms, ensuring our brand stands out in the competitive wellness space. From social media and marketing assets to in-app visuals, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the look and feel of Welltech’s design identity.

Challenges You'll Tackle

• Develop high-impact visual assets for marketing, product, and brand communications
• Ensure brand consistency across social media, ads, landing pages, and digital campaigns
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to enhance engagement and conversion
• Stay ahead of design trends and industry best practices to keep our visuals fresh and innovative
• Work on motion graphics, illustrations, and UI elements to elevate the user experience
• Adapt designs for different platforms, formats, and international audiences
• Iterate on creative concepts based on performance data and feedback
  
  

Your Expertise

• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, marketing assets, and digital design
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
• Understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and typography
• Ability to create engaging social media visuals and ad creatives
• Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams
• A keen eye for detail, consistency, and brand identity
• Knowledge of design trends and best practices for digital marketing
• Passion for health, fitness, and wellness is a plus

• Experience with motion design and animation
• Familiarity with performance-driven marketing and A/B testing creatives
