HR Generalist

Plarium is an international developer of award-winning mobile and desktop games. More than 1300 specialists work remotely or at offices in Israel, Ukraine, and Poland. 

Our Kyiv studio is looking for an HR Generalist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, onboarding, and support key HR processes.

You can work remotely from Kyiv.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle – from sourcing and selecting candidates to conducting interviews and supporting onboarding.
• Advise managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in organizing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills.
• Support corporate culture and actively participate in organizing various team events.
• Help with the development of HR strategy and improve internal processes.

What we expect

• 2+ years of experience in an HR Generalist / HR Manager / Recruiter role.
• Strong skills in recruitment and managing HR processes.
• Experience in corporate culture development and organizing events.
• Ability to respond quickly to changes and find solutions in challenging situations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
