Position Overview

The role of a PHP Developer is essential in crafting, developing, and managing our organization's web applications. As a vital member of the IT department, the PHP Developer is tasked with building interactive website solutions that significantly elevate user engagement and satisfy our clients' business needs. This position demands a solid command of PHP programming along with a grasp of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The PHP Developer will work alongside front-end developers, designers, and other project stakeholders to ensure that backend functionalities integrate smoothly with the user interface. By adhering to coding best practices, the developer will enhance applications in terms of speed and scalability. Moreover, the PHP Developer is expected to engage in code reviews, contribute to project documentation, and remain informed about the latest trends and advancements in the industry. Core Responsibilities

• Write clean, maintainable PHP code.

Qualifications Needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related domain.
• Demonstrated experience in a PHP Developer role or similar.
• Strong familiarity with PHP frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony.
• Proficient in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience managing databases with MySQL.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.
• Good grasp of web security measures.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with agile development practices preferred.
• Familiarity with web optimization techniques.
• Experience with tools like Composer and PHPStorm is a plus.
