Job Summary:

The Data Analyst is responsible for importing, inspecting, cleaning, transforming, validating, modeling, and interpreting data to support business goals. This role involves leveraging data analysis to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring data sources and repositories provide consistent and reliable data.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection and Processing:

• Import, inspect, clean, transform, and validate data from various sources.
• Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the data lifecycle.

Data Analysis and Interpretation:

• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
• Use statistical methods and algorithms to interpret data and support decision-making.

Reporting and Visualization:

• Prepare reports and visualizations (e.g., graphs, charts, dashboards) to communicate findings.
• Present data insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with business analysts, data engineers, and other team members to understand data requirements.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay updated with the latest data analysis tools and techniques.
• Continuously improve data processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

Experience:

• Proven 6-10 years experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or advanced analytics projects.
• Databricks notebooks & Python Mandatory.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI & ETL tool)
• Tableau or Qlik (Good to have)

Skills:

• Proficiency in analyzing large datasets and drawing meaningful insights.
• Strong technical knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a consulting environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and learn new technologies.
