Product Designer

The Role:

As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and highly functional user experiences tailored to our data analytics solutions. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to design seamless digital products that align with business goals and user needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and iterate on user experiences using Figma.
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with developers to bring designs to life efficiently.
• Conduct usability testing and apply insights to refine the user experience.
• Implement UX best practices to optimize user flows and interactions.
• Drive experimentation through A/B testing, prototyping, and data-informed decision-making.
• Advocate for the user by applying human-centered design principles.
• Translate complex data analytics into visually compelling and easy-to-understand dashboards and reports.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or similar role.
• Expertise in Figma and other industry-standard design tools.
• Strong understanding of design systems and their implementation.
• Experience working in close collaboration with developers.
• Knowledge of usability principles and best practices.
• Ability to drive experimentation and iterative design processes.
• A portfolio showcasing impactful UX/UI design work, particularly in data visualization and analytics.
• Experience designing for data-heavy applications, dashboards, or analytics platforms. (advantageoius)
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development processes.
• Understanding of front-end development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
