Security Analysts – 30-40K – Remote

I am currently working with a rapidly growing cybersecurity company dedicated to helping businesses stay ahead of evolving threats. This innovative company provides cutting-edge security solutions to businesses of all sizes, protecting them from cyber threats and helping them maintain a secure and resilient environment.

They are currently looking for Security Analysts to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with 1-2 years of experience in the cybersecurity field who is eager to learn, grow, and make a real impact.

As a Security Analyst, you will be:

• Proactively identifying potential threats and vulnerabilities within client systems. Perform in-depth security analysis and conduct Threat hunting to uncover and neutralize risks before they impact clients.
• Designing, implementing, and managing security controls to ensure effective security detection and mitigation within client environments.
• Collaborating effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure that security objectives align with business goals. Providing clients with guidance on security best practices and recommendations for improvements.
• Monitoring client environments to detect potential threats. Responding to and triaging security alerts to ensure quick remediation and minimize risk.
• Assisting with onboarding new clients, ensuring their security environment is securely configured and their defenses are locked down against potential threats.

The ideal Security Analyst will have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (preferred).
• Familiarity with security tools and techniques, incident response, or threat analysis.
• Knowledge of Cybersecurity principles and best practices, such as OWASP or NIST.
• An understanding of Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft Active Directory.
• Strong knowledge of computer networking concepts.

Desirables:

• Holding Security certifications.
• Experience within the Cyber Security industry.
