Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead Agilist with good years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Risk & Analysis Risk Management Project Risk Management Agile Methodologies and Scrum. This role involves leading agile practices and ensuring successful project delivery. The position is hybrid with day shifts and does not require travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead agile practices and ensure adherence to agile methodologies.
• Oversee risk management activities and ensure project risks are identified and mitigated.
• Provide guidance on risk analysis and develop strategies to manage project risks.
• Facilitate scrum ceremonies and ensure effective communication within the team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Implement best practices in agile methodologies to enhance team performance.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and update risk management plans accordingly.
• Mentor and coach team members on agile practices and principles.
• Ensure alignment of project goals with organizational objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Report project status and risks to senior management.
  
  

Qualifications

• Must have strong experience in Risk & Analysis Risk Management and Project Risk Management.
• Must have expertise in Agile Methodologies and Scrum.
• Should have excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Nice to have experience in Exactly development.
• Should be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
• Must have a proven track record of successful project delivery.
