We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a new construction build at an existing facility. This position is vital to ensuring the successful execution of our projects while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight: Manage all phases of the construction project, from planning and execution to close-out, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Safety Management: Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment in compliance with industry regulations.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Budget and Schedule Management: Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Qualifications: A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Project Management a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in managing construction projects within heavy industry, with a strong understanding of safety regulations and best practice.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and regulations specific to hazardous

environments.

• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
