The Advisors Research Center is a newly established capability designed to meet the evolving needs of our clients by providing high-quality research support. Our mission is to generate insights and recommendations that drive measurable value.

This function strengthens Advisors’ traditional expertise by:

• Delivering innovative research products and strategies efficiently to market.
• Leveraging research assets to produce impactful, high-value insights for clients.
• Conducting in-depth secondary research and data analysis to uncover key insights.

About You

We’re looking for a skilled Research Analyst with experience in primary and secondary research. You’ll be comfortable handling complex data, extracting meaningful insights, and presenting findings in a clear, compelling way.

Key qualifications and skills:

• Experience in both primary research (quantitative techniques like surveys and qualitative methods like in-depth interviews) and secondary research.
• Ability to analyze and interpret large datasets from quantitative research.
• Strong skills in synthesizing insights from multiple sources and creating insightful reports.
• Excellent business writing abilities, with a talent for developing client-ready materials.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to engage effectively in client calls, internal meetings, and email correspondence.

Education & Additional Skills:

• Proven experience across a range of research projects.
• Expertise in conducting both primary (e.g., interviews, surveys) and secondary research (e.g., Euromonitor, Bloomberg, etc.).
• Fluency in English and the local office language; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; knowledge of project management tools is an advantage.
