Full Stack Developer

A leading FinTech company is looking for a Full Stack Developer to enhance its global financial platform. If you’re passionate about technology, scalability, and system optimization, this is your opportunity to make an impact.

📍 This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Mendoza, Buenos Aires, Argentina. Candidates must be located in this city (mandatory).

💰 Compensation: Payment in USD.

🔹 What You’ll Be Doing:

✔ Develop and optimize web applications using React.

✔ Build and maintain robust APIs for mobile applications and fintech services.

✔ Manage migrations, cron jobs, and event queues to ensure efficient data flow.

✔ Integrate multiple services within our fintech infrastructure.

✔ Collaborate on system design for rule-based processing and administrative tools using React Admin or Inertia.js.

🛠 Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in software development.
• 2+ years working with Laravel or Django.
• 2+ years of experience with React.
• Advanced English proficiency (mandatory).
• Experience with PostgreSQL and relational databases.
• Availability to work in a hybrid mode in Mendoza, Buenos Aires (mandatory).
• GitHub repository with a specific project showcasing APIs, database management, and security best practices.

🔹 Not all great developers have public repositories. Some work under NDAs or private projects.

🔹 If you don’t have a GitHub profile, you can provide code samples in other formats (ZIP files, Pastebin snippets, GitLab, Bitbucket, etc.).

🔹 Contributions to open-source projects or specific examples of your work are also highly valued.

✨ Nice to Have (But Not Mandatory):

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Knowledge of DevOps and deployment automation.
• Experience in React Native development.
