PHP Developer

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced PHP Developer to join our team at the European Parliament in Brussels. This is a full onsite position, requiring physical presence at the workplace. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PHP development and a good understanding of Python.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize PHP-based applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and implement requirements.
• Ensure high-performance and responsive applications.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
• Work closely with other developers and IT teams.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in PHP development.
• Knowledge of Python is a plus.
• Previous experience in a governmental or institutional environment is advantageous.
• Ability to work fully onsite in Brussels.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Contract Details:

• The candidate will undergo a two-month trial period.
• If the trial period is successful, the contract will be extended for a minimum of one year.
