As a functional consultant, you...

• have a passion for people, for HR & talent

• love to work customer facing and get energy out of helping them reach their goals

• like to take the lead in projects, and want to be involved in pre-sales, workshops, analysis, customizing, documentation and training, up until the go live

• can understand and gather customers' needs while also challenging them, to then translate them into a sustainable solution

• Know that the new technologies, AI, Copilot will impact every customer and every process, but you’re embracing these, see the opportunities, learn along the way and apply it

• have more than 3 years of professional experience as a Dynamics 365 consultant

• have experience working closely with customers, doing presales and guiding workshops

• Fluent in Dutch/French and English

• instinctively understand business needs, ask plenty of questions and know how to translate problems into IT solutions

• are a team player, but also want to co-create our team of the future
