Cybersecurity Strategy Consultant

The Role

As a Cybersecurity Strategy Consultant, you will be part of our Cybersecurity Strategy Department. You will help clients map their risks, develop strategies, and implement sustainable security solutions. Specifically, you will be involved in:

• Conducting (gap) assessments and developing Cybersecurity Roadmaps
• Supporting and/or setting up CISO roles
• Advising on ISO27001, CyFun, NIST CSF, ISA/IEC62443, and other frameworks
• Managing risk and compliance (ERM, audits, and gap analyses)

We have opportunities for both medior (2-5 years of experience) and senior (>5 years of experience) consultants. Depending on your experience, you may lead (sub)projects, guide internal teams, and serve as a key point of contact for clients.

Who are we looking for?

Education & Experience:

• At least a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a (technical) business, ICT, or cybersecurity-related field.
• Medior: 2-5 years of proven experience in GRC, Cybersecurity Strategy, or CISO roles (preferably in consulting).
• Senior: >5 years of proven experience in GRC, Cybersecurity Strategy, or CISO roles (preferably in consulting).

Knowledge & Skills

• Practical experience (and certifications) in ISO27001, NIST CSF, ISA/IEC62443, or related frameworks is a plus.
• Experience in risk management, compliance, and audits
• (Preferred) relevant experience with leading or top-tier professional services or consulting firms.
