SPECIFIC EXPERTISE

Following specific expertise is mandatory for the performance of tasks:

•at least 3 years of specific expertise in project management

•at least 3 years of specific expertise in IT architecture

•at least 3 years of specific expertise in enterprise architecture

•at least 3 years of specific expertise in ARIS/CoRA

Following tasks will be performed :

•Architectural vision and elaboration

•Assistance with the implementation of the architecture

•Architecture maturity assessment

•Management of projects related to the setup of the sector services

•Analysis of organisational structures

•Analysis of information systems portfolio

•Analysis of enterprise business processes

•Corporate data flow analysis

•IS costs/benefits analysis

•Elaboration of functional and non-functional requirements and business case analysis related to the area of expertise.
