We are searching for a passionate and skilled Product Manager to join our Product team to help oversee the growth of our central www.autogidas.lt platform and deliver exceptional user experiences. We are a small, ambitious, rapidly growing team looking to fill a senior role in our core team. 

As a product manager, you will play a critical role in shaping our product strategy and overall development of the platforms and lead our decision-making process.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the growth of our key platform autogidas.lt with the perspective to grow into Head of Product and oversee our other platforms, such as sena.lt and tempo.lt.
• This includes start-to-end ownership of the whole product lifecycle in close collaboration with the marketing team and other stakeholders.
• Enable our users, partners, and internal teams to spread the word about autogidas and pave the way for users to visit, onboard, and return.
• Work cross-functionally to identify the most valuable problems/opportunities, build the roadmap, and deliver solutions promptly.
• Ensure alignment, ownership, and delivery of the product team. Foster collaboration and ensure the team's success by removing roadblocks.
• Gather, systemize, and make sense of stakeholder and customer feedback. Identify and overcome any biases.
• Partner with the executive team to build your team's long- and short-term strategies. Maintain and align it through cross-functional collaboration and clear communication.
• Constantly monitor the competitive landscape, understand our market well, and identify opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience working in a product team or a similar digital business development role, preferably with a classified ad platform, marketplaces, e-commerce, and /or product-led growth marketing.
• History of research and data analysis, experimentation, hypothesis validation, and testing.
• Practical experience in product discovery and delivery.
• Experience with product toolset, including but not limited to JIRA, productboard, miro, Figma, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or Clarity.
• High-level understanding of web, mobile, and database technologies.
• Ability to operate and think at different levels of business rationale and abstraction, translate them into understandable actions, and realize solutions through collaborative teamwork.
• A quick learner thriving in a fast-paced and growing environment.
