UX and UI designer (Mid)

We are seeking a skilled UX and UI Designer to join our Business to Government Unit, where we work on high-impact projects that benefit the public sector.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with developers, managers, quality assurance specialists, business analysts, and designers to research, conceptualize, design, and implement intuitive, visually compelling, and highly functional applications.

Your contributions will play a key role in shaping user experiences that drive impactful change and innovation for a significant portion of the country's population - real residents interacting with everyday applications and services.

What You Will Do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and refine design ideas.
• Communicate and back your design vision to stakeholders using user journeys, mood boards, priority matrices, wireframes, prototypes, design theory and best practices.
• Conduct usability testing to gather feedback from real users.
• Design products adhering to the highest UX, UI and accessibility standards.
• Assure the quality of user experience by actively monitoring our client’s live products and services.
• Advocate human centric design principles.
  
  

What We Expect From You

• 3+ years of experience in UX and UI design.
• Strong understanding of UX principles and accessibility standards.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Human centric design approach.
• Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design.
• Fluency in Lithuanian & English (at least B2 level, written and spoken).
• Familiarity with Agile methodology.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and proactive skills.
• Determination to deliver results in scope and on time.
• Eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
