Lead Project Manager (Remote, Contract)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the multi-departmental project teams to analyze and automate internal business processes at the company and department level, improve outdated flows, implement new processes, and gain business value
Lead the end-to-end product development process from concept to launch and support, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery, including product testing, acceptance and implementation
Lead the project managers team, implement and adhere to project management best practices and methodologies in software development
Lead change management efforts by ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder engagement throughout the project phases
Create and manage the project budget, ensuring costs are controlled and any variances are addressed
Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards and specifications
Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications
Allocate resources efficiently and manage them throughout the project lifecycle
Measure project success, generate timely project reports, and ensure projects are completed on time
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies and drive project success

Qualifications:

Proven experience in leading and managing projects and project teams (at least 5-7 years)
Extensive experience in business process automation projects
Experience with AI solutions implementation into business workflows with proven positive results is a huge plus
Get-things-done attitude
In-depth experience in business process analysis and optimization at departmental and company levels
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Good knowledge of the product lifecycle management
Innovative and solution-oriented mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Ability to adapt to changing environments and handle risk management
Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Fluency in English
