Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in journalism or experience in a marketing agency, who is eager to take on a broad range of marketing responsibilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our marketing efforts across various channels, including our website, social media, and PR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Website Management & SEO Copywriting: Maintain and optimize the company website, ensuring content is engaging and SEO-friendly.
• Social Media Management (SMM): Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance our online presence and engage with our audience.
• Marketing Material Management: Oversee the production of marketing materials that align with our brand and business objectives, working closely with designers.
• Public Relations (PR): Manage PR activities, including press releases and media relations, to enhance our brand visibility.
• Partnerships: Register on directory sites, identify award opportunities, and assist in preparing for exhibitions.
• Advertising (Future Focus): Plan and execute advertising campaigns to promote our services.
  
  

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably within a startup or marketing agency environment.
• Strong copywriting skills, particularly for SEO and social media.
• Experience in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with external experts as needed.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Fluent in Russian and English.
• A proactive and adaptable approach, with a passion for fintech and innovation.
