The Online Project Manager Junior will be responsible for coordinating tasks and ensuring the efficient implementation of business initiatives. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, define and prioritize business requirements, while supporting the launch of new features and optimizations..

Requirement Gathering and Analysis:

• Analyze & define business requirements with various teams and departments.

• Document detailed specifications and create roadmaps for development.

• Assist in prioritizing requirements based on financial impact and technical feasibility.

Coordination and Planning:

• Actively participate in planning and organizing recurent activities to meet deadlines.

• Support the setup and deployment of required materials (e.g., campaigns, new functionalities).

Assess the impact (financial, reputational etc) of new features or proposed changes.

Competition understanding: Research to understand trends and customer needs, while overlooking in the market to identify opportunities for differentiation.

Communication and Cross-Team collaboration:

• Facilitate communication between UX/UI teams, IT & development team, commercial campaign owners and customer care.

• Prepare and present status reports and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Testing:

• Support testing phases to ensure alignment to functionality and UX standards.

• Collect and analyze user feedback, collaborating with development teams to implement changes.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Ongoing studies in Project Management, Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1-3 years in similar positions
• Past experience working with cross-functional teams (preferred).
• Past experience working with mobile applications, including understanding app structures and features.
• Experience in writing and documenting basic functionalities for digital products, ensuring clarity and alignment with technical teams.
• Understanding of project management methodologies.
• Communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple initiatives effectively.
• Familiarity with project management tools (eg. Jira).
• Familiarity with mobile app development, customer experience design, or the energy sector is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes, familiarity with the process of defining user stories, understanding wireframes, or working closely with UX/UI teams to design mobile experiences is a plus.
