Marketplace Project Manager
The Marketplace Project Manager will lead cross-functional Marketplace growth projects, collaborating across various domains— from tech to accounting, from commercial to delivery, and everything in-between.

What you’ll have to do:
- Identifying business needs and defining their purpose;
- Collaborating with internal (within the department) and external (other departments) clients to understand their needs, including setting and monitoring project stages;
- Working with the project team to resolve potential issues arising from unforeseen situations, including replanning project execution and negotiating new requirements;
- Continuously monitoring project development and evaluating the results of implementations at each project stage;
- Conducting business analysis activities at the process level (current processes vs. targeted processes);
- Participating in identifying, evaluating, and selecting external partners for collaboration on specific department initiatives;
- Preparing project progress reports and presenting them to management and senior management as needed;
- Evaluating the impact of interpreted reports and their effect on the business;
- Continuously seeking new improvement solutions to optimize work efficiency;
- Identifying best practices and proposing new solutions and approaches in daily activities to support faster, more accurate, and well-documented business decisions;
- Evaluating projects, their success, and their impact on the business;
- Analyzing the impact of process changes and providing support in any aspect related to this analysis.
How we’d like you to be:
- University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field;
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in a progressively responsible project management role;
- Knowledge of various business areas, such as Commercial, Marketing, Business Analysis, and Project Management;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in data collection and analysis;
- Creative problem-solving skills and an entrepreneurial spirit;
- People-oriented, with proven experience leading cross-functional project teams;
- Experience with process improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects;
- Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams, business stakeholders, external partners, and technology staff;
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation abilities;
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills;
- Fluency in written and spoken English;
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
