This position belongs to our Delivery& Service Department (PMO), Huawei Romania Office with work location in Bucharest, Globalworth Building, Aurel Vlaicu area.

This position has a full-time office-based schedule.

Job Title: Project Manager

Job Location: Bucharest, Romania

Main Responsibilities

• Manages all phases of project development to ensure customer satisfaction, project continuity and internal consistency
• Experiences in wireless product, deeply analysis customer’s requirements and execute according to project implementation plan
• Supervises and coordinates professional, technical, and non-technical staff by establishing performance measures, goals, objectives and priorities, providing direction and feedback, and ensuring assigned projects/ tasks are completed accurately and by the specified due date
• Develops project schedules and processes to ensure customer satisfaction, project continuity and the timely delivery of services
• Prepares regular progress, project status and problem resolution reports regarding status of telecommunications construction plans
• Evaluates overall and individual work performance to determine effectiveness in providing quality products and services within time and cost restraints
• Manages relationships with customer and contractors to ensure equipment and services procured and installed meet requirements and specifications
• Time monitoring and expenditures to ensure projects and budgets meet established targets
  
  

Requirements

• Advanced English knowledge, including technical language understanding
• Preferably experience in Telecom Project Management (transmission, access, wireless LTE, GSM, UMTS and etc.)
• PMP certification preferred
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office: Microsoft Project / Excel (Data table experience) - expert level required
• Target oriented
• Good communication skills and ability to work in team
