We are currently looking for Customer Support Specialist (Lithuanian Speaking) to join FINCI team in Riga (Latvia) or in Vilnius (Lithuania).


Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service via remote channels;
  • Resolve customers issues through telephone, chat and e-mail;
  • Consult the customers about the Company’s products and services;
  • If necessary, replace other customer service specialists to ensure consistent customer service;
  • Inform other departments about customer’s suggestions.


Requirements

  • Good knowledge of spoken Lithuanian, English and Russian;
  • Experience in Customer Support;
  • Latvian language skills will be considered as advantage;
  • Strong communication skills and stress resistance;
  • Ability to concentrate under pressure and multitask;
  • Logical thinking.
