UX Researcher

Interview Stages:

• Interview with a recruiter

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of experience as a UX researcher, preferably with a focus on mobile devices.
• Ability to conduct both quantitative and qualitative research.
• Knowledge of usability testing methodologies, interviews, surveys, and data analysis.
• Experience working with UX tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Maze, etc.).
• Experience in creating and analyzing customer journeys and user personas.
• Ability to analyze data and interpret research findings in a clear and visually appealing manner.
• Excellent communication skills to present research findings and recommendations effectively.

As a Plus:

• Experience in IT or startup environments.
• Experience in Igaiming
• Knowledge of Design Thinking and Human-Centered Design methodologies.
• Experience with Figma or other design tools.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages for working with prototypes.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research, with an emphasis on mobile devices (interviews, surveys, usability testing, A/B testing, etc.).
• Collect and analyze user data to identify pain points and user needs.
• Create and maintain user personas, customer journey maps, and other UX artifacts.
• Prepare reports and presentations with research results for the team and management.
• Collaborate with designers and product teams to implement changes based on research findings.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in mobile app UX design and integrate best practices.
