As Odeon Technology, we are looking for a “Head of Software Architecture” for our team!

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead the software architecture team in designing and implementing scalable and robust software solutions,
• Define and enforce best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles across the organization,
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and quality assurance to ensure alignment and delivery of high-quality products,
• Drive innovation and research in emerging technologies to continuously improve our software architecture and development processes,
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to software engineers, fostering a culture of learning and excellence,
• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and frameworks to support our software development efforts.

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. PhD is a plus,
• Proven experience in a senior architectural management within a technology company,
• Proven experience as a software architect or a similar leadership role,
• In-depth knowledge of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices,
• Strong proficiency in multiple programming languages especially in .Net Technologies,
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment,
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills,
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement,
• Available to travel.
