Full Stack Engineer

We are Looking for a skilled Software Engineer to develop and deliver high-quality software solutions, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive technical excellence. The ideal candidate will have expertise in cloud-native technologies, agile development, and modern application frameworks.

Location : Poland - Remote

Language : Polish and English

Duration- 12 months

Start: March 2025

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement high-quality software solutions based on documented requirements.
• Engage in technical and functional discussions for ongoing and future development.
• Provide input on project initiation, including objectives, scope, and approach.
• Communicate development decisions, issues, and project plans to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with development teams, business units, and IT teams to ensure successful outcomes.
• Support and contribute to cross-team process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain application guidelines, standards, and policies.
• Ensure proper documentation is maintained in a knowledge repository.
• Research industry trends and collaborate with technology teams to support development and operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in information architecture.
• BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of the agile software development lifecycle.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for articulating status, issues, and risks.
• Experience in project management, workflow planning, and problem-solving.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native technologies and PaaS (Azure preferred).
• .NET development experience preferred, including C#, SQL Server, Azure PaaS, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD Pipelines (YAML).
• Experience with frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.
