Role Description:

We are seeking a skilled .NET Backend Developer for a full-time position, based in Vilnius with hybrid/remote flexibility. You’ll play a crucial role in developing our platform, working closely with a small, agile team to design and implement scalable backend services.

In this role, you will:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services using .NET technologies.
• Work on API design, integration, and database management for our benefits platform.
• Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.
• Collaborate with the frontend team to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code, following best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and debugging to improve the system.
• Help architect new features and improvements with scalability in mind.
• Optimize database queries and contribute to the overall system’s performance.

Who we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in backend development using .NET/C# technologies.
• Solid experience with SQL databases and ORM frameworks (Entity Framework, Dapper, etc.).
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and experience building them.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) is a plus.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.
• Experience in microservices architecture is a bonus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
