Today we have an exciting job opportunity for the position of:

HR Generalist

(FOR Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, HUNGARY, BALTICS)

(located in Warsaw, Poland)

Job responsibilities

YOUR IMPACT

  • Become a partner to the local senior management;
  • Handle employee requests and queries on an ongoing basis;
  • Manage (hard-copy) employee files and documentation;
  • Prepare employment contracts, civil contracts, annexes, certificates of employment, non-compete agreements, confidentiality agreements, GDPR agreements, package for newcomers and other HR documentation;
  • Enter the employee records into Enova system, update the system with changes in employment conditions and any relevant additional information;
  • Keep the internal HR systems up to date HrNest, Carrotspot, Edenred, FundEmployer, Multisport, Generali, Compensa, PZU-eRU
  • Oversee the timely performance of obligatory occupational medicine exams and OHS trainings;
  • Manage the employee-exit processes (incl. exit interviews);
  • Prepare periodic (monthly, quarterly, yearly) corporate reports on headcount and staff cost evolution across CEE countries and ensure that internal reporting activities within the LVMH Beauty CEE group are delivered in a timely and accurate manner;
  • Assist in payroll preparation and reconciliation in the region (Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia) in cooperation with local third party payroll providers;
  • Prepare the data for annual compensation budget per country;
  • Provide information for new vendors creation, update internal reconciliation system;
  • Provide the data for HR audit process in the CEE region;
  • Monitor any local legal regulations’ changes;
  • Liaise with the regional HR Director in order to ensure that international Group HR standards are reflected in the local organisation;
  • Create a relevant network in the market and represent the company’s values.

Deliver HR services to employees with the highest standards and passion for perfection, in line with local labor law requirements and company standards for overall business continuity and employee’s satisfaction.

Profile

Who You Are

  • At least 1 year of experience in the similar role, preferably gained in a fast paced environment and multinational company
  • Practical knowledge of the Polish Labour Code and Enova system
  • At ease with building relationships and interacting with people on all hierarchical levels
  • Able to priorities and comfortable with balancing different interests and stakeholders
  • Digital savvy, very good knowledge of MS Office (in particular Excel)
  • Knowledge of Enova software is a must
  • Business English language is required in daily use
  • Good understanding of the (luxury) consumer goods environment would be an advantage
