Today, we invite a motivated and responsible Savings Investment Product Manager to join the Šiaulių Bankas team. Every day, you will be #closer and:

• Take ownership of leading the end-to-end development and lifecycle management of investment advisory services, ensuring alignment with MiFID II regulations.
• Collaborate with compliance, legal and risk teams to ensure that all product features and processes adhere to regulatory requirements with a particular focus on investor protection.
• Partner with stakeholders such as financial advisors and client service teams to design and optimize advisory services that meet both client needs and MiFID standards.
• Provide product and regulatory training to internal teams (advisors, relationship managers) to ensure the consistent application of MiFID standards in the advisory process.
• Manage the integration of regulatory requirements into financial advisory platforms and tools by working closely with IT and development teams.
  
  

To be #closer, you will need:

• A deep understanding of MiFID II regulations, especially those related to investment advice, product governance, investor protection, and cost transparency.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for suitability assessments, target market definition, and disclosure obligations.
• Experience as a Product Owner in investment advisory services or a related financial sector, with expertise in using financial and investment advisory tools.
• Familiarity with ESG investing and regulatory guidelines related to sustainable finance under MiFID II is an advantage.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, IT, or a related field.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is essential.
• Willingness to take on responsibilities with excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• The ability to adapt and adjust priorities and strategies in response to changing market demands or feedback.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical skills, and a focus on problem-solving.

• Compensation. The specific salary will depend on your experience and competencies, with a potential range of 3,120 to 4,680 EUR before taxes.
