Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team and take a pivotal role in building, optimizing, and maintaining our development and deployment pipelines. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will drive automation and innovation across our infrastructure, ensuring seamless and efficient integration and delivery processes. Your expertise will be key to maintaining high-performing, reliable, and secure systems across cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• CI/CD Pipeline Design & Maintenance: Design, implement, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline development processes and ensure smooth releases.
• Collaboration with Software Engineers: Partner with development teams to optimize build, deployment, and release processes, providing guidance on best practices and efficiency improvements.
• Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC): Develop and manage infrastructure-as-code solutions using modern tools and frameworks to automate infrastructure provisioning and management.
• Cloud Infrastructure Management: Oversee the management and monitoring of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), ensuring high availability, performance, and cost optimization.
• Automation & Efficiency: Automate system processes to reduce manual intervention and improve overall efficiency through advanced scripting, tooling, and integration.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure systems meet security and compliance standards, implementing best practices for data protection and vulnerability management.
• Performance Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Monitor system performance, address issues proactively, and resolve bottlenecks, risks, or system failures to maintain high uptime and reliability.

Technical Requirements:

• DevOps Tools & Technologies:
• Extensive experience with CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Bitbucket Pipelines, or GitHub Actions.
• Strong proficiency with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
• Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Terraform, or Chef.
• Cloud Platforms:
• Deep understanding of cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP), with hands-on experience in deploying and managing cloud-based infrastructure.
• Version Control & Collaboration:
• Expertise in Git-based workflows (Git-Flow) and version control platforms like Bitbucket and GitHub.
• Programming & Scripting:
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python, or Ruby) to automate processes and enhance efficiency.
• Monitoring & Logging:
• Experience with system monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), and Splunk to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in DevOps or similar roles, with a proven track record of managing complex infrastructures, automating workflows, and optimizing deployment pipelines.
• Education: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience (5+ years of relevant expertise can substitute for formal education).
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Certifications (Preferred): AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Google Cloud Professional DevOps Engineer, or similar DevOps-related certifications are highly preferred.
