In line with this initiative, we are seeking motivated interns who have a keen interest in the field of recruiting and are eager to deepen their understanding of the intricacies involved in talent identification and acquisition

Job Responsibilities:

1) Develop and maintain the backend system using PHP/GO/C++, ensuring an efficient, secure, and scalable architecture.

2) Responsible for designing, coding, and testing functional modules, optimizing system

performance.

3) Collaborate closely with product managers and frontend development teams to understand

business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

4) Develop RESTful APIs to support a decoupled frontend-backend architecture for the

management system.

5) Maintain and optimize existing systems, troubleshoot and resolve system issues.

6) Write and maintain development documentation to ensure code maintainability and readability.

7) Participate in database design and optimization, ensuring efficient and consistent data storage.

Job Requirements:

1) Bachelor's degree or above, major in computer science or other related fields.

2) Strong academic result.

3) Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming with good coding habits and practices.

4) Experience in designing and optimizing MySQL databases, capable of writing complex SQL

queries.

5) Familiarity with caching technologies such as Redis.

6) Basic knowledge of frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience in

frontend-backend collaboration.

7) Familiarity with development and deployment in a Linux environment, with basic server

operation skills.

8) Experience using version control tools like Git for team collaboration.

9) Have good communication, learning skills, problem analysis and solving skills.

10) Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility, excellent teamwork abilities, and self-motivation

11)Fluency in both English and Mandarin is preferred due to regional cooperation
