Back End Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Backend Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for BAU enhancements for FIMA Vertical applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and efficiency.

Key Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in software development with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies.

Technical Expertise

• Proficiency in C# (.NET Core), Java, or Python
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL or Microsoft SQL
• Strong understanding of object-oriented design, SOLID principles, and design patterns
• Experience in enterprise software architecture (e.g., Clean Architecture, Domain-Driven Design)
• Knowledge of containerization platforms (OpenShift)
• Experience with AWS services (S3, API Gateway, RDS)
• Proficiency in source control management and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub)
• Strong background in TDD, static code analysis, test automation, and feature flags
• Willingness to support BAU rosters

Preferred Skills

• Experience in microservices architecture and real-time messaging platforms (Kafka)
• Familiarity with Informatica workflow development
• Knowledge of Microsoft BizTalk application development
