Data Analyst (Python & SQL)
Location: Kaunas or Vilnius, Lithuania (Hybrid)
Salary: €3,300 - €4,000 gross + 10% performance bonus

This position sits within the Data Intelligence team, responsible for managing and scaling automation and tracking systems. You will work in a collaborative environment, utilizing modern technologies to contribute to scalable data solutions in response to the company's growing needs.
Role Overview:
As a Data Analyst, you will be pivotal in driving data accuracy, quality, and process automation. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data operations and contribute to analytics projects. Python and SQL are essential for this role, with a heavy focus on using AWS Athena for advanced data analysis and automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines and reporting systems using Python and SQL.
- Provide actionable insights into system performance through data intelligence and error analysis.
- Enhance automation processes, ensuring system accuracy and addressing false positives.
- Work closely with data engineering and development teams to improve and scale analytical tools.
- Analyze trends in large datasets to drive system performance and optimize decision-making.
- Perform data labeling tasks to refine AI algorithms.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Python and SQL (Pandas).
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, especially with large datasets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Experience building dashboards with data visualization tools.
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis to generate meaningful insights and recommendations.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex data issues and deliver high-quality results.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with AWS (Athena, S3).
- Familiarity with networking and large-scale data systems.
- Experience with tools like Git, Docker, and Jira.
- Knowledge of using Wireshark or similar tools for data analysis.
