IT Business Analyst / Project Manager – Rates Transformation

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst / Project Manager to lead the Rates Transformation Project across APAC. This initiative aims to standardize the contribution, distribution, and consumption of Interest and FX Rates while enhancing automation, process efficiency, and governance. The successful candidate will be responsible for requirement analysis, system integration, process migration, and stakeholder coordination to ensure successful project implementation.

Direct Responsibilities

• Serve as the overall IT BA/PM for the Rates Transformation program.
• Lead IT delivery, working with Operations, Finance, and Technology teams for target architecture implementation.
• Prepare, maintain, and manage project plans, delivery coordination, and governance.
• Conduct end-to-end testing, plan and coordinate UAT, manage change implementation, and support go-live activities.
• Perform functional analysis on multiple applications, ensuring integration feasibility.
• Collaborate with IT teams, front office, operations, and finance to secure onboarding and delivery.
• Manage stakeholder communication, program governance, and steering committees.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of capital markets and transversal architecture.
• Basic technical analysis skills in system interfacing, gap identification, and resolution.
• Knowledge of trade life cycle processes.
• Ability to work across geographies and in matrix organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management, including experience with CXO-level sponsors.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis with exposure to Project Management and end-to-end delivery.
• Experience in Global Markets Transformation and Systems Implementation.
• Hands-on experience with front-to-back project implementation, including referential data, trade booking, settlement, reporting, regulatory reporting, and accounting.
• Experience delivering large-scale transformation projects within Capital Markets.
