Agile Coach

Certifications:- The candidate SPC6 certified -preferred

You must have:

• Strong knowledge of Agile values and principles
• Hands-n Player Agile coaching experience
• Solid understanding in agile, scum, lean, Kanban, SAFe
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Prior experience in leading large scale SAFe transformation
• Minimum 15 years of industry experience
• SAFe certifications (SPC, SA)
• Ability to lead, facilitate, educate, and coach
• Experience in identifying relevant metrics and defining a measurement framework

Nice to have:

• Banking and Financial Industry experience
• Experience with Spotify model
• Experience with implementing OKRs
