Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Market Expansion – Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to establish Plan B GmbH as a key consulting player in the Gulf.
- Business Growth & Leadership – Lead and scale the regional operations, ensuring sustainable growth and client success.
- AI & Digital Transformation Consulting – Oversee consulting projects leveraging AI, automation, and emerging technologies to drive client innovation.
- C-Level Engagement – Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, strategic partners, and technology leaders.
- Microsoft Alliance Management – Strengthen our regional collaboration with Microsoft and other technology providers to enhance service offerings.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of senior leadership experience in a top consulting or technology firm in the Gulf region.
- Proven track record in business development, P&L management, and strategic growth.
- Strong expertise in digital transformation, AI, and enterprise consulting.
- Demonstrated ability to engage with C-suite executives and decision-makers.
- Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus) with a deep understanding of the regional business landscape.
