Chief Business Development Officer

We are looking for an A-Player who will become a full-fledged business partner and lead the company to a leader in tokenization on the world market.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Development and implementation of a sales strategy: determination of the company's key growth directions, market analysis and search for new opportunities for development.
  • Attracting investments for company development, M&A deals, partnerships.
  • Independent closing of deals: conducting presentations, pitches and meetings at the level of CEOs and founders (B2B, B2C), conducting deals at all levels
  • Management of the Sales and BD team (currently 3 people), achievement of team goals and KPI.
  • Building long-term and trusting relationships with partners, clients and investors.
  • Participation in exhibitions, conferences, interviews, speaking at webinars
  • PR function - to be one of the key faces of the brand

 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in the positions of Chief Business Development Officer, Chief Commercial Officer, Chief Executive Officer in the fields of IT, Fintech, Crypto or Investment.
  • 2+ years of experience in the field of Blockchain, understanding how a niche works.
  • The presence of personal results in the form of attracting investments, closing deals with B2B clients for a total of $1 million.
  • Experience in managing teams (sales, marketing, BD) of 5+ people,
  • Skills and experience in negotiations for transactions starting at $1 million. with business owners, foundations,
  • Personal qualities: ambitions for career growth and increased income, systems thinking, high leadership qualities, proactivity and initiative.
  • English C1+ oral and written.
  • Developed personal networking will be a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial personal experience will be a plus.
