Your New Role

As a Senior WordPress Developer, you will be at the forefront of several web development projects, leading the design, development, and maintenance. You will collaborate closely with design and content teams to create seamless, user-friendly, and visually appealing websites. Your responsibilities will include customising themes and plugins, optimising website performance, ensuring security, and implementing best practices in coding and design. You will also mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and stay updated with the latest industry trends.

What You'll Need to Succeed
To excel in this role, you should have:

• Extensive experience with WordPress development, including custom theme and plugin development.
• Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL. Experience with React/Next.js will be a huge bonus!
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
• A proactive mindset and a passion for staying current with new technologies and industry trends.
