Our Focus-Track Graduate Programme is an 18-month journey designed to unleash your full potential, offering three rotations, including an international assignment. This unique opportunity will immerse you in Julius Baer’s global network, provide hands-on experience, and lay the foundation for a thriving career in wealth management technology.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Learn to design and implement software applications with the latest available stack. (Java, SpringBoot, .NET Core, React, Angular, Kafka)
• Deliver real applications to our customers, helping Julius Baer to transform the way we support our customers across the globe
• Collaborate with different stakeholders throughout the development process. These can be Architects, Product Owners or business partners
• Learn and apply modern agile ways of working
• Work together with colleagues across the globe
• Take an active role in the Software Engineering communities in Julius Baer.
  
  

YOUR PROFILE

• Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences with above-average grades in computer science, software engineering or a technology-related area (graduation max. 12 months ago)
• Initial practical experience in creating applications with new technologies
• Can-do attitude, you value delivering things more than discussing how to do things
• Strong analytical, conceptual skills and fast thinker
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Independent, resilient, and team-oriented personality
• Entrepreneurial mindset, must be willingness to take responsibility
• Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth
• A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning
• Fluency in English with additional languages being a plus
• Eligibility to work in the country where you apply for the position (Switzerland)
