Technical Delivery Manager (Mobile)

At PXL Vision you will combine technical expertise in iOS and Android development with project management responsibilities. You’ll coordinate backend installations on the premises of our client, support documentation and collaborate with remote and internal teams. Your technical expertise will be instrumental in orchestrating and guiding the implementation of effective solutions.

What you bring

• Plan and execute the implementation of projects with development teams on time and within scope.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for seamless project execution.
• Monitor and track project progress, reporting key milestones and updates to stakeholders.
• Offer onsite technical integration support for mobile (iOS, Android) and backend systems (Java, NodeJS) during project setups.
• Write and review technical project documentation, including user guides, architecture diagrams, and operational manuals.
• Oversee the orchestration and secure deployment of backend systems installed on client premises.
• Ensure customer needs are met while maintaining project deliverables and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field, or minimum 5 years of experience in Software Engineering.
• Proficiency in mobile application development (Swift/Objective-C, Java) and backend development (Java, NodeJS/TypeScript).
• Strong knowledge of container orchestration deployments and secure infrastructure.
• Minimum 3 years’ management experience in IT as a Technical Project Manager, including development work and customer interactions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments with a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Fluent in German and English; French is a plus.
• Strong organisational, time-management, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• A responsible team player who is proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of taking ownership.
