As a key player in the quick-service restaurant industry, Athu Holdings relies on a robust IT and network infrastructure to support its high-paced, multi-site operations. The company’s stores require uninterrupted connectivity for order processing, customer transactions, supply chain management, and internal communication. To ensure smooth IT operations across all locations, the company is seeking a highly skilled Network Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize its network systems.

The Network Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of IT networks across multiple KFC outlets. The role involves monitoring, troubleshooting, and securing network systems to support daily business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing network infrastructure, implementing security measures, and optimizing performance to ensure uninterrupted service for both customers and employees. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and resolving network-related issues, implementing new technologies, and ensuring compliance with industry best practices.

The successful candidate will work closely with the IT team, franchise management, and third-party service providers to enhance and maintain a resilient network infrastructure. As the business expands, the Network Administrator will also play a crucial role in deploying scalable solutions to support growth while maintaining high standards of security and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network issues affecting multiple KFC store operations.
• Implement and maintain security measures to protect networks from unauthorized access, cyber threats, and data breaches.
• Optimize network performance to ensure smooth communication between POS systems, order management, and supply chain operations.
• Deploy and manage network infrastructure, including cloud-based and on-premises solutions.
• Create and maintain network documentation, ensuring clear communication of issues and solutions to stakeholders.
• Research, analyze, and evaluate network infrastructure to ensure optimal configuration and efficiency.
• Assess and recommend improvements to network operations, ensuring seamless connectivity between corporate offices and store locations.
• Provide technical expertise in diagnosing and troubleshooting network problems and emergencies.
• Install, configure, test, and maintain network hardware, including routers, firewalls, and switches, as well as software applications for network management.
• Provide network programming support tailored to business needs, ensuring smooth integration with key business applications.
• Prepare and maintain network inventory, documentation, fault diagnosis records, and enhancement logs.
• Monitor network traffic, capacity, and usage to ensure continued integrity and performance, preventing downtime in store operations.
  
  

Qualification & Experience Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Ar least one year proven experience in network administration, preferably in a multi-site retail or hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of network security principles and best practices.
• Experience with cloud networking solutions, including deployment and management.
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software is a plus.
