Full Stack Engineer - Vienna, Austria

Healthtech startup revolutionizing reproductive care seeks a backend-focused Fullstack Developer to drive product architecture, integrations, and compliance. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience (2+ in healthcare) and expertise in .NET, C#, Angular (or similar), with a strong grasp of GDPR/HIPAA regulations. Experience with AI, HL7, and lab systems is a plus. Strong leadership, communication, and security mindset required. Preferably based in Vienna.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Define technical strategy and maintain an innovation roadmap.
• Plan and implement projects with the product team.
• Manage API integrations with medical and lab systems.
• Act as the technical liaison for external partners.
• Handle support requests alongside customer success.
• Ensure GDPR/HIPAA compliance with leadership.

About You:

• 5+ years in fullstack development, 2+ in healthcare.
• Proficient in .NET, C#, Angular (or similar).
• Experience with AI, HL7, and lab systems is a plus.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of data encryption, privacy, and security.
• Familiarity with medical device software or decision support systems.
• Ideally based in Vienna.
