What you will do:

Manage the execution and quality assurance of the monthly production run from data preparation, scoring, and validation of different AI models and analytical indicators. Improve the automation of this process to make it more efficient

- Maintain and improve the existing Python programs for collecting and validating data from different sources, for building, scoring, and performance monitoring of AI models of the team (e.g. python version upgrades)

- Interface between data scientists and IT to support the usage of the Domino Data Science Platform, the AI building blocks, and the evolution of the Python environment.

- Assist data scientist by helping them identify and install the correct dependencies in their environment, best practices for code quality, continuous improvement and automation

- Support the creation of new variables (data engineering), automatic refit of the data science models

- Explore new ways of combining the available tools of the bank (AI building blocks from Tribe AI) to unlock new capabilities for building AI products and supporting the data scientists.

- Work with a team of motivated data scientists who are eager to learn, collaborate and share expertise.

What you bring:

You have at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Technical experience

Mandatory

• Strong expertise in software development in Python and Python data science packages (pandas, sklearn)
• Git

• Experience in MLOps / DevOps
