Join our Team as an Agile Coach - Brussels Banking Contract

Are you an Agile Coach with experience in Finance? We have a role available with a Banking client in Brussels, offering a 6 month initial contract + extensions.

As an Agile Coach, you will work closely with multi-disciplinary and operational teams to adopt and enhance Agile practices, primarily Scrum and Kanban. You will assess Agile maturity, provide tailored coaching, and help teams navigate challenges to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Additionally, you will support leadership in adopting Agile management concepts and contribute to organization-wide transformation efforts.

Your Responsibilities

• Coach teams and individuals in Agile methodologies to enhance efficiency and collaboration.
• Identify and remove impediments, promoting a solution-driven mindset.
• Organize and conduct Agile training sessions.
• Assess Agile maturity and develop actionable improvement plans.
• Support leaders in embracing Agile leadership principles.
• Customize Agile frameworks to suit different team environments.
• Contribute to the evolution of Agile practices at both team and enterprise levels.
• Define and track key Agile performance indicators.

Your Profile

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach (minimum 2 years).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to gain trust, influence stakeholders, and drive change.
• Diplomatic, flexible, and a team player with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Certification in Scrum or SAFe (Coach certification is a plus).
• Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe
• Lean principles is a plus
• Previous experience in people supervision (minimum 2 years).
• Fluency in English & French OR English & Dutch (both written and spoken).
