Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our new and ongoing projects based on Magento. In this role, you will oversee one or more projects, taking responsibility for their successful execution. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, enabling them to effectively manage complex technical projects from initiation to completion.

Your responsibilities will include leading teams, defining project roadmaps, confirming estimates with the team, monitoring progress, mitigating risks, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. Additionally, you will be required to keep the client and internal stakeholders informed about the project's progress and provide regular status reports.

Important part is your good knowledge of Magento functionality since the job will often include communication with Clients and clarifying requirements.

Requirements

• Over 3 years of commercial experience in a Project Management role
• Good knowledge of the Magento features- mandatory
• Strong understanding of project management principles
• Proven experience in managing distributed teams
• Skilled in effective planning, execution, and delivery
• Strong problem-solving and diplomacy abilities
• Ability to foster strong relationships with development team members
• English has to be fluent
• Great understanding of SDLC
• Deep experience with JIRA, Excel
