This position reports to

Operations Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will evaluate and visualise data for meaningful insights on key operational performance metrics. You will also showcase your expertise by connecting all manufacturing data resources, designing new dashboards with best practices and intuitive visualization.

The work model for the role is: hybrid

This role is contributing to the Drives Division in Estonia.

• Performing quantitative analysis and visualisation to turn data into meaningful insights that can drive decisions.
• Acting as a bridge between Operations and technical data infrastructure, enabling seamless data access, analysis, and support decision-making across various departments.
• Analyzing data, interpreting results using statistical techniques, and creating easy-to-understand reports.
• Documenting and sharing knowledge about the internal systems, including their architecture and design, to ensure they remain well-maintained and improve over time.
• Helping to set standards for design, coding, and technology, as well as selecting tools and defining new methods for data collection and analysis.
  
  
  

Qualifications For The Role

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field with proven experience in Data Analysis
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of data platforms and tools.
• Passion for understanding of technologies and business value
• Strong knowledge of the following - Power Platform (PowerBI, Power Apps and Power Automate), SQL, Python
• Experience in SAP would be considered as a merit
