You listen and deliver what is most helpful for the customer. You assist fellow sales Googlers by problem-solving key technical issues for our customers. You liaise with the product marketing management and engineering teams to stay on top of industry trends and devise enhancements to Google Cloud products.
As a member of our Google Cloud team, you will empower leading organizations to embrace the transformative power of AI by guiding them through their adoption of Google Cloud's AI solutions. You understand their needs, and demonstrate how AI-driven tools can revolutionize their operations, enhancing productivity, mobility, and collaboration. You will collaborate with business teams, providing expert guidance on our AI capabilities, and act as a vital liaison with product management and engineering, ensuring customer feedback shapes the evolution of Google Cloud's AI offerings. You will provide insights in evolving AI landscape, and will be instrumental in driving innovation and solidifying Google Cloud's leadership in the AI-driven future of work.
You will grow AI business across DACH region by building and leading a team working to deploy AI solutions. You will build relationships with internal partners and with external customer stakeholders, identifying innovative ways to multiply the impact of the team as a whole.

Responsibilities
- Experience leading and scaling teams in a cloud-based PaaS and SaaS environment.
- Experience in working with engineers and customer technical leads to build business cases and accompanying plans for implementation.
- Experience selling cloud-based IT solutions to companies in the DACH region
- Experience working with product teams and an understanding of how to embed our technology into their product set.
- Experience working with and managing partners and implementating projects including global system integrators and packaged software vendors.

- Experience promoting the Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology stack.
- Experience with Google Cloud and Google Cloud AI offerings.
- Ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders as a business advisor and thought leader in AI.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain executive relationships with customers as the AI Subject Matter Expert together with the team, and influence long-term strategic direction for new and existing customers.
- Work cross-functionally with Google Cloud Field Sales Representatives (FSR), Customer Engineer (CE) teams, and Field Solution Architects (FSA) to ensure AI adoption, customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Execute Go-To-Market (GTM) business strategy and related efforts with the Google Cloud teams and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Partners.
- Support the team to assist customers in identifying AI use cases suitable for Google Cloud AI products and solutions, ensure progression and a path to production. Articulate key solution differentiators and the measurable business impact.
- Coach the team to identify, advance, and achieve opportunities and AI bookings, manage business.
