Senior Project Transition Manager - Contract - Hybrid - €700- €950 a day

A fantastic agency is looking for an experienced Senior Project Transition Manager to lead strategic and operational transition projects. The focus is on the smooth handover of services, systems or processes in the automotive sector. The role requires excellent C-level communication skills as well as extensive knowledge of change management and stakeholder engagement.

You will have experience in Translation in regards to addressing all the clients content and marketing related needs and localisation.

Main responsibilities:

• Strategic planning and management of transition projects, including resource, budget and time management
• Leading interdisciplinary teams and coordinating internal and external stakeholders
• Ensuring a smooth handover of services, systems or processes without business interruption
• Development and implementation of best practices, governance and compliance guidelines
• Identification and management of risks and challenges throughout the transition process
• Communication at C-level and close collaboration with customers, partners and management teams
• Change management & stakeholder engagement to promote acceptance and sustainable implementation
• Monitoring & reporting of transition performance and continuous optimisation of processes

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing complex transition projects, ideally in the automotive sector
• You will also come from a digital / marketing agency background
• Excellent change management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Excellent communication skills at C-level

2 - 3 days a week in the Munich offices
