Marketing Project Manager

We’re seeking a dynamic Marketing Professional to lead marketing initiatives across the Latvian and European Union markets. You’ll manage events, trade shows, and content creation, working closely with internal teams to boost brand presence and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute marketing campaigns (events, digital, social, and more) aligned with global business goals.

Oversee end-to-end event coordination and trade show presence.

Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams across Latvia, the EU, and the US.

Analyze campaign performance and recommend optimizations.

Conduct market research to uncover new growth opportunities.

Create engaging marketing materials that align with brand messaging (videos, social media posts, internal and external content).

Manage relationships with external agencies, media and vendors.

Track budgets and ensure effective use of resources.

Qualifications:

3+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on event planning and trade shows (tech or aerospace experience a plus).

Hands-on experience with marketing platforms (Google Ads, social media, SEO/SEM).

Strong project management and communication skills (English required).

Creative, analytical, and results-driven.

Willingness to travel for events as needed.
